Crock Pot Turkey Stew
3 medium potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups of baby carrots, cut
2 1/2 pounds of leftover turkey, cut
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 chopped onion
1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
3 cups of leftover gravy and
1/2 cup of water (or dry white wine)
1. Put the potatoes and carrots in a crock pot and arrange the turkey on top.
2. Sprinkle the salt, onion and garlic powder over the turkey. Pour in the gravy and water or wine then stir.
3. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
Serve with bread.
