Quick and Easy Macaroni
2 cups of water
2 cups of macaroni
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp. of butter
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsps. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of salsa
A dash of chili powder and
2 cups of browned ground beef (drained)
- Cook the pasta, milk and butter over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Add the shredded cheddar and parmesan cheese and cook until the cheeses are completely melted, stirring often.
- Add in the meat, salsa and chili powder and cook until it's heated through.
