Pistachio Salad
1 large can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 pkg. of Jello pistachio instant pudding mix
1 small container of Cool Whip
2 cups of miniature marshmallows and
1 cup of chopped pecans
- Mix the pineapple and pudding mix then add the Cool Whip, marshmallows and pecans.
- Mix together thoroughly and let the salad set overnight.
