Frozen Lime Pie
1 gram cracker pie crust (pre made)
1 can of condensed milk
1 tub of cool whip
¼ cup of lime juice (fresh is better)
1 tsp. of lemon juice and
Green food coloring (if desired)
- Mix the lime juice and the condensed milk together.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well then fold in 1/2 of the tub of cool whip.
- Add the green food coloring and pour into the pie crust and decorate with the other half of cool whip. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
